End User License Agreement

1. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this EULA, SoftZero LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the Software on compatible Windows devices that you own or control
• Use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Use the Software's features for managing and uninstalling programs on your device

2. License Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Software or any part thereof
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or transfer the Software to any third party
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Software
• Use the Software for any illegal, unauthorized, or harmful purpose
• Use the Software in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Software's functionality
• Create derivative works based on the Software

3. Intellectual Property

The Software, including all code, graphics, user interface, design, and documentation, is the exclusive property of SoftZero LTD and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This EULA does not grant you any ownership interest in the Software — only a limited right to use it under the terms specified herein.

4. Data Collection

The Software may collect limited, non-personal technical data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Software, you acknowledge and consent to such data collection practices.

5. Updates and Modifications

SoftZero LTD may, at its discretion, release updates, patches, or new versions of the Software. These updates may be installed automatically or require manual action. Continued use of the Software after updates constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.

6. Term and Termination

This EULA is effective from the date you first install or use the Software and continues until terminated.

You may terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling and destroying all copies of the Software.

We may terminate this agreement immediately and without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SOFTZERO LTD BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities
• Any damage to your device or system resulting from use of the Software
• Any damages exceeding the total amount paid by you (if any) for the Software

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SoftZero LTD, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Software or violation of this EULA.

10. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.

11. Severability

If any provision of this EULA is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12. Entire Agreement

This EULA, together with the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, constitutes the entire agreement between you and SoftZero LTD regarding the Software and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
