Welcome to SoftZero. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SoftZero application ("App," "SoftZero," "we," "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Definitions

• User: Anyone who downloads, installs, or uses the SoftZero application
• Service: The SoftZero Windows program uninstaller and related features
• Content: All software, interfaces, text, graphics, and media provided through the App

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use SoftZero. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Description of the Service

SoftZero is a Windows application designed to help users completely uninstall programs, remove stubborn software, clean leftover files, and manage installed applications. The App provides tools for thorough software removal that goes beyond the standard Windows uninstaller.

4. User Conduct

You agree to:

• Use the App only for its intended purpose of managing and uninstalling software
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
• Not use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or networks
• Not distribute, sublicense, or resell the App without authorization

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All logos, interfaces, designs, and software in SoftZero are the intellectual property of SoftZero LTD. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App solely for personal, lawful purposes. This license does not include any right to modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

SoftZero is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Continuous, uninterrupted availability of the App
• Compatibility with all software or system configurations
• Completeness of software removal in all cases
• Fitness for a particular purpose

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoftZero LTD shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, system malfunction, or device failure
• Any damages exceeding the amount paid (if any) for using the App
• Issues arising from third-party software interactions

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SoftZero LTD and its officers, directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use or misuse of the App or breach of these Terms.

9. Modifications to the App or Terms

We may update the App or these Terms at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using SoftZero at any time by uninstalling the App. We may terminate or suspend your access for violations, fraud, or misuse without prior notice. Upon termination, your license to use the App is immediately revoked.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any legal disputes or claims must be filed in the competent courts of Sweden.
